Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments! 

There are over 150,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

MS May 50k ✅🥳

Completed it! And just in time for a few days away with the girls.
It was way too hot out there 🥵, even at 6.30, and that was a hell of a slog but challenge complete!

Just £20 short of my goal - fingers-crossed someone comes through 🙏🏻

MS May 50k - Very Sunny ☀️ canal run = 42k✅

Wowzers it was hot out there 🥵 I took the canal because I thought I could find some shade…. Not really. But finished at the purple spoon for a nice iced coffee in the shade.
£207 raised! Would love to make £250 ❤️

MS May 50k = 37k✅

Decided to get my ass moving this morning, used to love a morning run! The sun was out ☀️ and it’s already heating up so felt nice. 
Only 13k left! Last time I made £190, it would be amazing to beat that this year

MS May 50k - Taunton 10k = 32k ✅

Nice run along the Official Taunton 10k route with the lads 

MS May 50k - Burnham Parkrun = 22k ✅

First time at Burnham park run, a fun run and chat with friends. I had really good pace and there was more in me but just lost time during the start bottle neck.

MS May 50k = 17k ✅

Really tried to slow my pace down to add distance today. Was still knackered at the end but happy :) Did forget to take any photos though 🤦🏼‍♂️

A really nice social morning with Neil. The run was a bit of a slog but I had some cheerleaders there as well ❤️
