Walk, run or roll 50K in May while raising vital funds to support people affected by multiple sclerosis. Wherever you are, whatever your pace, you choose when, where and how you complete your 50K.

There are over 150,000 people in the UK living with multiple sclerosis. It’s our mission to leave MS where it belongs, behind us. The MS Society UK has teamed up with the MS International Federation once again for The May 50K.

Raise funds for life-changing MS research and improved access to treatments for people living with MS in the UK and around the world.

Anyone who raises funds will receive an exclusive May 50K t-shirt - and if you raise over £250, you’ll receive an official May 50K medal!

Share and Fundraise

Tell your community why you’re taking part and invite them to support you. Every donation helps the provide vital research, services and support for people living with MS. 

Track Your Progress

Log your kilometres online or sync with your fitness tracker as you go. Challenge yourself to reach 50K by the end of May!

Everyone who fundraises will receive a t-shirt, and if you raise £250 or more, you’ll get a May 50K medal — as a keepsake of your achievement! 

A UNITED FRONT

The MS Society UK is teaming up with the MS International Federation so the money you raise will be shared to fund local and international projects. In the UK, 70% of the money you raise will go towards research funded by MS Society UK and 30% you raise will enable the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation (MSIF) to collaborate with its members across the world to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of everybody affected by multiple sclerosis. Working together across the globe, MSIF  boosts scientific progress to prevent, treat and stop MS.
