Support our challenge to leave MS behind!
Heeey lovely friends and family,
We’re taking part in The May 50K. But we’re ramping it up a notch and between us, we will be walking 250km throughout the month May (Max 150km and Tasha 100kms). Many of you may know our beautiful mum, and mother in law, Genie has lived with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for many years, and it’s sadly affected her life in many ways. We want to raise funds for life-changing research into MS and better access to treatments for her and others. It’s such a difficult and debilitating disease and at present sufferers health generally declines as they get older, including extreme difficulties with sight, balance and walking. There are over 130,000 people in the UK living with MS. We want to support this cause in finding a cure so Genie and others have a chance at living without MS and have a chance at a different, more independent and MS free life.
The The May 50K supports the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation. If you’d like to support this cause, and our challenge, it would mean a great deal if you could make a donation towards our fundraiser today. There will be photos and updates along the way.
