Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I came up with an idea to support a charity this year and my choice was The May 50K.
50km this May might not seem as a great number but it is realistic and great to raise funds for research into multiple sclerosis and access to treatments.
Right now, there are over 150,000 Briton’s living with MS and there is no cure.
According to study from 1980`s Orkney and Shetland Islands showed that the prevalence rate of the disease is the highest in the world (309 and 184/100000, respectively). Similar results have been published more than a decade ago with similar numbers (Orkney 402 (95% CI 319 to 500), Shetland 295 (95% CI 229 to 375) and Aberdeen 229 (95% CI 208 to 250) - according to results published by Viking Genes studies).
If you would like to make a donation and support my 50km challenge to help people with MS. That would be fantastic.

Your donation will support the work of the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation and fund research into MS to develop better treatments and find a cure.
Thank you.

After having a gym session today, walk around the Voe was really nice. Fresh breeze made it really cool. Good pace, lack of rain what else to ask for.
