Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments!

There are over 150,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

You can now support this work in the UK and around the World because The May 50K supports the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation. I’ve accepted the challenge to change lives.

Please make a donation to support my challenge.

Thank you so much!

When your body needs extra care

May 50K Challenge: Still Moving Forward

Even on the slower days, even when my body needs extra care, I’m reminding myself that progress still counts. Some days the pace changes. Some days the goal shifts from pushing harder to simply showing up.

The place to keep moving forward

Walk Complete… But I’m Not Stopping There

I’m happy to say I’ve officially completed the original walking target.

Somewhere along the way, something shifted.

What began as a challenge became something much bigger: space to think, time to reset, and a reminder of how powerful simply getting outside can be. So instead of slowing down after reaching the finish line, I’ve decided to keep going and attempt to double the distance.

To help fuel the next stage of the challenge, I’ve come to St Ives for a few days of inspiration walks. There’s something about the coastline here, the sea air, winding paths, changing light, and endless views, that makes walking feel effortless. Every route seems to spark new energy and motivation.

The extra miles aren’t just about numbers now. They’re about pushing myself a little further, appreciating the journey more deeply, and proving that goals can evolve once you realise you’re capable of more than you expected.

So the challenge continues.

More walks. More miles. More moments to take in along the way.

St Ives feels like exactly the right place to keep moving forward.

Here comes the sun ☀️

I laced up my trainers this morning and took the first steps of my May50K challenge, and it feels good to finally be underway. Here comes the sun was my song of the day and what a lovely day it’s been.

This month, I’m walking 50 kilometres to raise money for the MS Society, a cause that matters deeply to me. Multiple sclerosis affects thousands of people, impacting how they move, feel, and live their daily lives. By taking on this challenge, I’m hoping to do something small that contributes to a much bigger fight.

Day one is always about setting the tone. The fresh air, the steady rhythm of walking, and the knowledge that each step counts toward something meaningful made today feel like a strong beginning.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing updates from the journey—the highs, the tough days, and everything in between. If you’d like to support the cause or follow along, I’d really appreciate it.

Here’s to step one of many.
