Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments!

There are over 150,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

You can now support this work in the UK and around the World because The May 50K supports the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation. I’ve accepted the challenge to change lives.

Please make a donation to support my challenge.

Thank you so much!

My Updates

The Reason For It All

In 2024 I had the amazing support of my friends and family in raising just over £650 for the MS Society Charity in honour of my amazing father David that most of you know. This year I randomly came across an ad for the MS Society this year challenging people to do 50km in the month of May 2026.

I haven’t ran or gone to the gym in 5 months due to injuries to my foot and ribs but I know more than anyone that seeing a challenge even if i don’t know if i can complete it. Theres always been a saying that I’ve told myself, for my father who cannot walk I must RUN.

He is my inspiration of pure will power and determination I know I can do this purely because of one of the things my father has taught me throughout my childhood, no matter what situation you are in be grateful, be yourself & genuine and be the man that you know you can be.

I appreciate all the support I was given last time I done this charity event in honour of my father again and this time I’m running for the first time
In 5 months and I saw the option between 50km or maxing it out at 150km in 31 days! Obviously I went for the hardest option purely because like anyone charity, family or purely being delusional, I feel crazy accepting and publicising this challenge but if it’s for my dad. Who gave me the strength to be the man I am today I’ll run,
walk or crawl my way over this 150km. LETS GOOOO

MS Society - My Message To Your Amazing Charity In Honour Of Growing Up With a Family Member With MS. For Those Who Cannot Walk,
WE MUST RUN! <3>

Without My Dad I Would Not Wear My Heart On My Sleeve Like I’ve Learnt To Do Everyday, He’s Honestly an Inspiration & My Hero.

I love you dad, this is all in honour of becoming the man you’ve always taught me to be X
