Support my challenge to leave MS behind!
At the start of this year, I was diagnosed with Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. It’s been a tough and uncertain time, but I’ve been incredibly grateful for the support of MS charities who’ve helped me navigate these first few months.
That’s why this May, I’m taking part in The May 50K to raise money for life-changing MS research and support.
Walking is one of the most difficult things for me due to MS—some days it’s just not possible. So I’ll be adapting the challenge: walking when I can, cycling when I can’t, and on the really tough days, I’ll keep moving in other ways—whether that’s yoga, stretching, or gentle fitness.
