Walking 200km in May for MS Research
This May, I’m taking on a 200km walking challenge to raise much-needed funds for life saving research into Multiple Sclerosis and better access to treatments!
My youngest daughter, Aimee, was diagnosed two years ago with Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS). Although many days she appears to be coping well, the reality is very different. Every single day brings its own level of pain and fatigue - an invisible battle she faces with incredible strength.
Aimee currently takes a monthly self-administered injection, Kesimpta, which helps reduce relapses and slow the progression of the disease. While this treatment is making a difference, there is still no cure, and that’s why research is so important.
This walk is for Aimee - and for everyone living with MS.
Please support me if you can, whether that’s through a donation or simply by sharing this page. Every contribution, no matter how small, will help fund vital research and bring us closer to a cure.
Thank you so much for your support
