I’m taking part in The May 50K to help raise awareness & funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis 💫
Living with MS is a rollercoaster to say the least. Every morning is a lottery in how your day is going to go. But despite it all, I’m still laughing and smiling through it. This is quite literally thanks to my family, friends and all the healthcare professionals that look after me and have all helped me get back into running. It might sound a bit counterintuitive but running really helps a lot with the fatigue that comes with MS.
So here we are, 50km in May for the greater good of MS. It won’t be pretty and it definitely won’t be fast, but I still have no doubts it will be fun 🦥
