I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments!

There are over 130,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

You can now support this work in the UK and around the World because The May 50K supports the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation. I’ve accepted the challenge to change lives.

Hi all,

Some of you may already know but for others who don't follow me on facebook. After a fantastic start here on on holiday... I have decided to double the end goal and go for 100km in the month of may!! I continue to be blown away by the support from each and every person. Every message,like, kind words spurs me on. This started as a personal challenge to me to show myself how far I have come since my diagnosis and to give back to people who have got me to this point. I pinch myself with every milestone! I will forever be greatful to the NHS and my fantastic MS team and the MS Society for support I reccieve and to my family, friends and work colleagues past and present. I am forever grateful and you have one life and I am more determined than ever to live the best life I possibly can ❤️ (ok waffle over )🤭😂
