I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments! 

There are over 150,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

My Updates

Over half way 💪🏻

2 weeks in and I’m sitting at 55km!! So over half way! I’m actually really enjoying this, but some days are tough to push through the silly fatigue! But I’m showing up anyway! Let’s do this 💪🏻

Quarter of the way there! 25km done 💪🏻

25km done in the first 6 days 💪🏻 today’s miles felt hard as it’s treatment day, and my MS treatment makes me feel pretty gross. But I did it anyway! Screw you MS!!!

1st May, an easy 5k to ease me in!

Mya was free running with me 🐶 speedy 5k round the canal to kickstart May! Humidity was not on my side today! Felt good though. Let’s do this 💪🏻🎗️

Ready for 100k in May!!

Why do 50k, when you can double it and do 100k? I feel this makes it more of a challenge for me!
Back in 2016, my whole world came tumbling down when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After experiencing some very life altering symptoms, I got the news I was dreading. But it also gave me the sharp realisation that actually life is quite short and we really do need to make the most of what we have got. My journey has been very up and down over the last nearly 10 years, and I’m so grateful for everybody around me.
To do my bit, and raise some money for a very very good cause, I will be running 100k over the course of May. This will be quite tough for me at the moment, but I’m going to push through and smash it! I would be extremely appreciative of any donations, and if anybody would like to join me on some runs, feel free! Thank you for supporting me x
