I’m taking part in The May 50K. I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments! 

There are over 130,000 people in the UK living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

You can now support this work in the UK and around the World because The May 50K supports the MS Society UK and the MS International Federation. I’ve accepted the challenge to change lives.

I completed 283km! - 31.05.2025

Wow! I finished strong with a total of 283km in the walking challenge - looking forward to doing it all again next year! Thanks again to everyone that supported me ❤️

ONE DAY TO GO! - 30.05.2025

Just over 270km on day 30 - which happens to be World MS Day! I’m going to push myself a little more on the last day of the walking challenge tomorrow!

GETTING CLOSER TO 200km - 18.05.2025

I’m nearly at 200km, doubling my initial walking challenge! Wow! So proud of myself 🥰🏅

Week one complete - 07.05.2025

I’ve completed week one of The May 50k 😀 I’m so happy with this achievement! I am recording all of my daily walks via my Garmin watch (there’s no cheating!), and delighted to end week one at 69km - Wow! How many more KMs can I walk this month I wonder? 🥰
