Support my challenge to leave MS behind!
To help raise awareness, I’ve set myself a personal challenge of covering 50km next month. Because of my MS, this won’t be a straightforward task for me as I’ll be approaching this challenge in a way that’s safe and manageable for me, which may involve walking, taking breaks, and pacing myself carefully. If my symptoms prevent me from finishing the full distance, my partner or a close friend will step in to help complete the remaining miles in support of this cause
Ultimately, this challenge isn’t about proving what I can do on a good day — it’s about raising awareness of a condition that can be complex, fluctuating, and often misunderstood.
